J&A has been a Midwest leader in combined print and mailing services for over 12 years, and our experienced lettershop staff is both specialized and cross trained in other mailing operations, to provide both expertise and scheduling flexibility. Having our lettershop and a USPS processing station under the same roof as our print and lasering operations is important to our customers. It’s an integrated series of processes built into our schedules, with the ability to synchronize the necessary printing and finishing, lasering, lettershop, and fulfillment to get your project completed faster - and makes life easier for you, since it all happens at one place, at one time. Preprinted envelopes or blanks are stored in our warehouse area, literally steps from the inserters or the lasering department.
Our lettershop can handle all sizes and kinds of mailings. We do it all – we’ll process your data to find the lowest postage required, inkjet, Videojet, or laser print your personalized information, then insert, tab, match-mail, label, and bag or tray it and put into the mail. We can even apply scratch-offs at the same time.
USPS employees on-site help correct mailing issues before they happen, and speed up the mailing process. Postage can usually cost more than the printing, so costly postage mistakes or design errors can be dealt with promptly, before they create more unnecessary expense for you or your customer.
