The USPS has announced a new incentive program for Direct Mail Owners to get a rebate on the increased amount of saturation mail that they do in 2009 compared to what they mailed in 2008.

This rebate returns $.04 for each piece.

You can only get your rebate through electronic submission using Postal One. J&A is one of very few mailers that offer this service.

Here's how it works:

1. Enroll in this program through J&A . The mail owner has to show that they mailed saturation mail in 2007 and 2008. And they have to document how much they mailed in 2008.

2. Send all of the Statements for 2009 via PostalOne and create appointments with the USPS FAST system.

3. Open a permit in their name opened for the mail in 2009, and have a CAPS account in place by the May of 2010 to receive the rebate into.
